Warranty

Mega-Rack Industries Sdn Bhd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides warranty coverage for selected products and services subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Warranty Coverage

We warrant that our products are:

  • Free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship
  • Built according to agreed specifications and industry standards


This warranty applies under normal use and proper installation conditions.

2. Warranty Period

  • Standard Products: [e.g. 12 months] from date of delivery or installation
  • Custom / Project-Based Systems: [e.g. 12–24 months] (as specified in quotation or agreement)


The warranty period begins from the date of delivery or completion of installation, whichever is applicable.

3. Scope of Warranty

During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair defective components, or
  • Replace defective parts, or
  • Provide technical support or corrective services


This is subject to verification of the defect by our team.

4. Installation Warranty

If installation is carried out by Mega-Rack:

  • Workmanship is covered under warranty
  • Issues arising from improper installation will be rectified at no additional cost

5. Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or improper handling
  • Failure to follow load specifications or safety guidelines
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, cosmetic damage)
  • Damage caused by accidents, fire, water, or natural disasters
  • Improper installation by third parties
  • Site-related issues (e.g. uneven flooring, structural changes)

6. Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty validity, customers must:

  • Use products according to specified load limits and guidelines
  • Ensure proper maintenance and inspection
  • Notify us promptly upon discovering defects
  • Provide access for inspection and repair (if required)

7. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us via email or phone
  2. Provide:
    • Invoice or proof of purchase
    • Description of issue
    • Photos or supporting evidence (if applicable)
  3. Our team will assess and advise on next steps

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for loss of business, profit, or downtime

9. Transferability

This warranty is:

  • Non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing

10. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
